Michael studied percussion at the University of Buffalo where he performed with the
 
university's percussion ensemble under the direction of Jan Williams.

He was a founding member of the infamous Zobo Funn Band and has more than 30 years of

professional performing experience playing Jazz, Rock, Latin, Blues and other styles.

Michael has taught drums and percussion for more than 20 years.

He was co-owner and audio engineer for Hillcrest Productions, a small recording studio.
